Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to join our civil engineering team in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements, and keeping all stakeholders updated on changes.

You will attend technical meetings, verify on-site work against drawings and specs, ensure rectifications for non-compliance, and support planning, safety, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structure engineering.
• Willingness to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, method statements and update all parties on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to progress site work.
• Verify site work against approved drawings/specifications and ensure subcontractors rectify non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers promptly to minimise delays.
• Ensure documentation is updated for ISO audit.
• Cooperate with the safety department and perform duties within safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities’ submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP).

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
