Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements. The role requires attending technical meetings, resolving site issues, and ensuring work aligns with drawings and authority requirements.

You will also maintain ISO-ready documentation, support safety compliance, and assist in planning and coordination for current and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements.
• Ability to attend and contribute to project/technical meetings and resolve site issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on shop drawings / samples / method statements and update all involved parties on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner / consultants to ensure progress.
• Verify on-site work complies with approved drawings / specifications / authority requirements and ensure subcontractors rectify non-conformities.
• Resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractors / suppliers to minimise delays in progress.
• Ensure related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with safety department and perform duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning & coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities’ submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
