Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Site Engineer in Singapore.

You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, review shop drawings and method statements, and support project progress on-site. Responsibilities include verifying works against drawings and specifications, resolving site issues promptly with stakeholders, and ensuring documentation supports ISO audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Civil & Structure Engineering.
• Experience coordinating with consultants/subcontractors is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and update project documentation for audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues to keep progress on track.
• Verify works on site against drawings/specifications and ensure rectification by subcontractors where needed.
• Resolve site issues promptly with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers to minimise delays.
• Ensure related documentation is updated for ISO audit readiness.
• Cooperate with safety department and follow safety framework.
• Assist site management with planning and coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities’ submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP).

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
