Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to join our civil construction team in Singapore.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, with Saturday half-days possible depending on the project, and OT eligibility. You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements, ensuring all parties stay updated with the latest changes for smooth site progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structure Engineering.
• Willingness to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ability to attend project/technical meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of latest changes.
• Attend project / technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner / consultants to progress the project.
• Verify on-site work against approved drawings / specifications / authority requirements and ensure subcontractors carry out rectifications for non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractors / suppliers ASAP to minimise delays.
• Update related documentation and ensure readiness for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with safety department and perform duties within safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP).

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
