Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall company operations across logistics and bio-paint wholesale divisions.
• Oversee supply chain activities, including warehousing, transportation, procurement, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.
• Manage vendor relationships, distributors, and key corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
• Evaluate business performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to support product distribution and market expansion.
• Lead, train, and supervise operational teams in Singapore and cross-border operations (if applicable).
• Work closely with the CEO/shareholders on business planning and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Above 10 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or wholesale distribution.
• Experience in chemical products, coatings, or eco-friendly materials is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-business operations.
• Strong global market knowledge, including understanding of international supply chain trends, regional market dynamics, cross-border logistics requirements, and global trade regulations.
