• Create and present financial and recommendations to Managing Directors/Partners
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee the full spectrum of finance operation including cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks and stakeholders
• Lead and build a high performing finance team

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with relevant professional certification
• 10 years of experience in relevant industry (Assets Management, PE/VC)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
