The Role

As Chief Executive Officer, you will be based in Singapore and have overall responsibility for setting the strategic direction, operational execution, and long-term performance of the company. You will lead the organization through its next phase of growth, working closely with the Board of Directors, investors, and senior leadership team.

This role requires a combination of strategic leadership and hands‑on management across business operations, financial performance, governance, and regional expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership & Execution
  • Define and drive the company’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and annual operating plans.

  • Translate strategy into executable priorities across product, operations, finance, partnerships, and people.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to guide business decisions.

Business & Financial Management
  • Own overall company performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.

  • Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management in line with Singapore regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with Finance on fundraising, investor reporting, and long‑term financial planning.

Organizational Leadership
  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing leadership team based in Singapore and across the region.

  • Establish clear accountability, performance management, and scalable operating processes.

  • Foster a strong company culture grounded in ownership, integrity, and execution excellence.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead strategic partnerships with global technology partners, vendors, and financial institutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of engagement with investors, Board members, and key external stakeholders.

  • Represent the company in senior‑level discussions with regulators, partners, and industry stakeholders as required.

Governance & Board Relations
  • Work closely with the Board to ensure alignment on strategy, performance, and governance.

  • Prepare and present regular updates on company performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices in corporate governance and compliance.

Who You Are
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
  • Have 10+ years of senior leadership experience, including experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent executive role.

  • Possess strong experience scaling technology‑enabled or subscription‑based businesses.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment in managing financial performance, organizational growth, and operational complexity.

  • Are comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with regional scope.

  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with Boards and investors.

Bonus Points
  • Experience leading businesses across Southeast Asia.

  • Background in technology, sustainability, fintech, or asset‑backed business models.

  • Prior experience with fundraising, strategic partnerships, or cross‑border operations.

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s corporate governance and regulatory environment.
