• 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity and IT security, managing large teams.
• Proven experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop the cybersecurity strategy and establish principles for the Group.
• Create a Cyber Defence Roadmap to tackle cyber threats across the Group.
• Inform stakeholders about significant technology and cyber risk developments.
• Supervise technology security roadmaps and ensure alignment of security processes.
• Drive initiatives to maintain and enhance technology security capabilities.
