• Operate grinding mills and mixing stirrers.
• Pack products into drums or IBC containers.

Job description

Shift & Location

• 12 Hour Rotating Shift (8AM - 8PM)
• Working Location: Tuas
• Chemical Environment

Responsibilities

• Operate Reactor and mixing tanks to meet daily production targets Controlling and maintaining process parameters of Reactor through DCS
• Usage of flow meters and pumps to dose resins and solvents
• Use of drums to dose solvents
• Perform simple chemical analysis to check in-process quality
• Operate the grinding mills and mixing stirrer
• Operate pumps and filters to pack products into drums or IBC containers
• Maintaining good housekeeping and safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
• 3 - 5 Year of Working Experience in Chemical Manufacturing Plant is a must
• Wiiling to work on rotating shift and overtime when required
