Qualifications

• Hold a valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Apply basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated kitchen station to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.
• Prepare dishes by accurately following recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and organize stock and supplies at your station to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently to comply with food safety regulations and workplace policies.
