Overview

Monthly Salary: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 (negotiable)


We are launching a vibrant new bar-restaurant in one of Singapore's busiest districts and are looking for passionate Commis Chefs to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen hygiene, while growing your career ina fast-paced and suppportive environment. Responsibilities


  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of ramen and other Japanese dishes according to standard recipes

  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

  • Ensure food preparation areas and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained

  • Assist in stock checks, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of ingrdients

  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • 3 years of relevant culinary experience (training will be provided)

  • Strong interest in culinary and willingness to learn

  • Team player with a positive and respectful attitude

  • Good communication and time management skills

  • Able to work in a high-pressure kichen environment

  • Must be available on weekends and public holidays

  • WSQ Certificate (Food Hygiene Certificate)
