Job summary

HONG XIN ECONOMIC RICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled chef to manage daily kitchen operations and lead the preparation of all dishes. The role covers menu planning, food costing, and maintaining strict hygiene standards within a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine and be a strong team player, with the ability to work a 6-day week and collaborate with the outlet manager on ad-hoc duties.

• In charge of cooking and preparing of all the dishes.

• Remove any hazards and ensure safety in kitchen and also check for any defects in the kitchen and equipment.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by outlet Manager.
