Job summary

PERSOL is recruiting a Channel Registration & Maintenance Officer for a leading bank in Asia, based in Singapore. This 6-month contract role focuses on onboarding and maintaining customer profiles across digital banking platforms, ensuring accuracy and security.

You will manage user access rights, respond to inquiries, and keep tracking spreadsheets up to date while adhering to internal procedures and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

About the Role

Our client is a leading bank in Asia, looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Channel Registration & Maintenance Officer to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer profiles on the bank's digital banking platforms based on submitted documents, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

• Assign and update user access rights, such as authorisers and administrators, in the banking system.

• Handle enquiries and follow up on customer profile updates and maintenance requests.

• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets to ensure proper record-keeping and smooth workflow.

• Perform system checks and verification to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

• Assist with other operational duties and tasks within the department when required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues and internal stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive customer information.

• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and complete assignments independently within tight deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge and awareness of internet security practices.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Access would be an added advantage.
