Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Client Data Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role supports Private Bank front-office, ensuring accurate handling of account openings/closings, client records and compliance-driven name screening.

Strong data maintenance experience and MS Office skills are required. The position requires collaboration with Front Office and Compliance, with responsibilities spanning data integrity, verification of client documents, and testing user

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with min 3 years of related working experience.
• Related working experience in static data maintenance (T24, CRM, EAM/EFA/Finder relationships)
• Good knowledge of MS Office software applications such as MS Access and/or Excel Macros will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationship with Front Office and provide support with queries and troubleshooting
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of account opening, closure client and static modification service requests
• Conduct name screening upon request from Compliance team
• Ability to understand the business requirements for maintenance of external clients records
• Perform signature verification of client forms
• Participate in user acceptance testing when needed
