Job summary

PERSOL is recruiting a Channel Registration & Maintenance Officer for a leading bank in Asia, based in Singapore. This 6-month contract role focuses on onboarding and maintaining customer profiles across digital banking platforms, ensuring accuracy and security.

You will manage user access rights, respond to inquiries, and keep tracking spreadsheets up to date while adhering to internal procedures and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and responsibility handling sensitive data.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines independently.
• Basic computer skills and awareness of internet security practices; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer profiles on digital banking platforms with complete docs.
• Assign and update user access rights for authorisers and administrators.
• Handle enquiries and follow up on profile updates.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for accurate records and workflow.
• Perform system checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with other operational duties when required.
