Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Banking Operations (Audit/Loans Executive) on a 6-month contract in Singapore's Changi Business Park. The role focuses on loan processing, audits, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Internship or foundational experience in banking, financial services, loan operations or operations processing welcomed.
• Good numerical aptitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with systems and handling transactional and processing activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit confirmation activities, including setup of new auditors and creation of customers' instructions in the system.
• Perform loan processing and servicing activities such as loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption and fee collection.
• Liaise with Business Units (BU) and Support Units (SU) on loan and audit confirmation processing matters.
• Perform ad-hoc and day-end reconciliations.
• Adhere to established processing turnaround times, accuracy requirements and performance standards.
• Ensure assigned operational activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.
