PERSOL is seeking a candidate in Singapore to support end-to-end project plans and migration activities within the Banking – Wealth Investment Operations sector. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a degree in any discipline.

You will assist with migration documentation, checks, and data remediation, while coordinating with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Front Office to ensure smooth project execution. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Banking operations experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Products (mutual funds, equities, fixed income) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute end-to-end project plans and migration activities.

• Assist with operational migration, including documentation updates, contract/agreement repapering, system checks and client/account data remediation.

• Conduct pre- and post-migration checks, including position holdings verification, reconciliations and system validations.

• Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in daily operational activities and assist with reviewing complex scenarios.

• Update and maintain process manuals and operational procedures to reflect project and migration changes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Front Office, to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates without prior working experience.

• Candidates with prior experience in banking operations will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint.

• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Products, such as Mutual Funds, Equities and Fixed Income Securities, will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams.
