Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead email marketing execution, ensuring timely, relevant, and compliant communications.
• Produce quarterly campaign reporting incorporating industry trends and the competitive landscape to iterate on approach.
• Provide bi-weekly APAC marketing and content update email to keep sales and business units informed about regional activities.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (events, digital, editorial, and product) to customize outputs that resonate with target audiences and meet regional compliance requirements.
• Manage end to end logistics for events (conferences, roadshows, webcasts) and oversee production, inventory, and vendor coordination for marketing collateral and premiums.
• Manage and coordinate the translation (simplified / traditional Chinese) and localization of marketing materials.

Successful candidate will possess the following:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Simplified / Traditional Chinese).
• Experience with private wealth/intermediary channel preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Seismic Pardot, and workflow management tools such as Monday.com are a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
