Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager to lead operations and a frontline team at our Singapore centre. You will focus on staff performance, customer service quality, and aligning daily activities with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include driving enrolments, maintaining a premium centre experience, and fostering a positive, compliant workplace culture. Weekend availability and a focus on growth are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
• At least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• Available to work on weekends, with two weekdays off.
• Strategic mindset and ability to think critically in sales situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to prioritise tasks to drive centre growth.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate front desk team's performance and customer service quality through a 360-degree feedback loop.
• Oversee logistics and facilities to maintain a seamless, high-quality centre experience.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments, and lead-conversion targets; mentor staff.
• Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values and organise staff welfare events.
• Drive customer relationship management to retain clients and resolve issues.
• Ensure consistent communication across channels and report issues to management.
• Guarantee adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System with the Enigma system.
• Track and report team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
