Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader position.
- Available to work on weekends with two weekdays off.
Responsibilities
- Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance and customer service quality.
- Overseeing logistical and facilities maintenance to ensure a 5-star level of experience.
- Achieving monthly lead generation and enrolment targets with team mentoring.
- Promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and staff welfare.
- Maintaining customer retention through effective problem solving and high service standards.
- Ensuring clear communication of company values across channels and with management.
