Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience with at least 1 year in a team-leader role.
• Available to work on weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strategic mindset with ability to think critically in sales scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective leadership.
• Goal-driven and capable of driving centre growth and staff development.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance enhancement and provide feedback to front desk and teams.
• Oversee centre experience, facilities, and upkeep to a 5-star standard.
• Lead sales, enrolments, and lead-conversion targets with mentoring.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives.
• Strengthen customer relationships and problem-solving across the team.
• Maintain clear communications aligned with company values.
• Ensure Aureus Curriculum System alignment and adoption.
• Document evaluations, development plans, and progress reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
