Responsibilities

• Regularly evaluating the front desk team’s performance and service quality through 360-degree feedback with stakeholders.
• Overseeing logistics and facilities maintenance to ensure a seamless, high‑standard working environment.
• Achieving monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments, and conversion targets while mentoring staff to meet goals.
• Promoting a positive workplace culture and organizing staff welfare events to improve engagement.
• Driving customer retention by resolving issues and maintaining high service standards across the team.
• Ensuring consistent, values-based communications across channels and with management.
• Guaranteeing adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System and compliance with directives.
• Tracking and reporting team performance, development plans, and improvements.
• Performing any additional duties as assigned by Management.
