Aureus (Century Square) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to oversee daily operations at the Aureus Music School. You will lead the front desk team, ensure exceptional service, drive enrolments, and maintain a welcoming centre environment.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, enhancing the customer experience, and aligning with company standards and curriculum. You will manage facilities, report on performance, and support growth with a 5-star service ethos.

Responsibilities

• Performance Enhancement and Feedback: Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance in service, communication, sales, and customer satisfaction through a 360-degree feedback loop.
• Enhance Centre Experience: Overseeing logistics and facilities to maintain a seamless, high-quality working environment.
• Sales and Growth: Achieve monthly lead generation, enrolments and conversions, and mentor staff to meet targets.
• Workplace Culture and Etiquette: Promoting a positive, values-aligned work environment and organizing staff welfare activities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure strong customer retention and high service standards, driving optimal solutions for customers and the company.
• Communication and Transparency: Maintain clear, consistent communication of core values across channels and with management.
• Aureus Curriculum System: Ensure full adoption and attainment of Enigma system goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Track and report on team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
• Ad- Hoc-: Fulfill additional duties as assigned by Management.
