AUREUS (WOODLEIGH) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Leader to drive performance, customer experience, and enrolments at our Singapore centres. The role combines people leadership, operations oversight, and target-driven growth in a vibrant music education environment.

The successful candidate will manage frontend teams, uphold high service standards, and champion the Aureus Curriculum System while fostering a positive culture and operational excellence across the centre.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail/sales or service teams.
• Experience meeting monthly lead generation and enrolment targets.
• Ability to think strategically to grow a centre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholders.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate front desk team performance and provide 360-degree feedback.
• Oversee logistics, facilities, and a 5-star level centre experience.
• Lead sales and enrolment targets, mentor team to achieve management goals.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and organise staff welfare events.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues to reach satisfaction targets.
• Communicate transparently with management across channels.
• Ensure adoption of Aureus Curriculum System and directives.
• Document and report team development and improvements.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
