Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader role.
• Willing to work weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strong strategic mindset and critical thinking for sales situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration and leadership.
• Goal-driven with ability to prioritise tasks for centre growth.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate frontline performance for service quality, sales effectiveness, and customer experience using 360-degree feedback.
• Oversee logistics, facilities, and a 5-star hotel-like centre environment.
• Achieve monthly leads, sales/enrolments, and lead-conversion targets; mentor team to meet management targets.
• Promote a positive workplace culture; organise welfare events and drive staff engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships; resolve issues to meet customer needs and company goals.
• Communicate company values consistently across channels and with management.
• Ensure adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System and compliance with directives.
• Document evaluations, development plans, and progress reports; perform ad hoc duties.
