Responsibilities
- Regularly evaluating front desk team performance for service quality, sales proficiency and customer experience.
- Oversee logistics and facilities to ensure a premium 5-star like environment.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and enrolment targets and mentor staff.
- Foster positive workplace culture and address staff welfare.
- Drive customer retention through solutions that meet customer needs and company goals.
- Ensure transparent communication of issues to management.
- Oversee Aureus Curriculum System adoption and goal attainment.
- Track and report team evaluations and development plans.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
