Job summary

Mind Stretcher Education is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to oversee daily centre operations and lead a team of Customer Relations Associates. You will ensure service excellence, manage enrolments, and coordinate teacher scheduling to support the learning environment.

With at least 4 years in a supervisory role, you will drive performance, maintain SOP compliance, and foster a positive workplace while delivering strong operational results for the centre.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with relevant experience as stated.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Lead and develop Customer Relations Associates to meet targets.
• Drive student enrolments and minimize withdrawals.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide service excellence.
• Prepare timely financial reports and timesheets.
• Coordinate relief teachers and class rescheduling when needed.
