Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Bishan, Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead operations and supervise the Customer Relations Associates, ensuring excellent service and efficient centre performance.

You will manage centre activities, support teachers, drive enrolment targets, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate payroll and reports. The role requires a degree or diploma with supervisory experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Education or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in education, tuition, enrichment or service-oriented environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Centre Operations: ensure SOPs and guidelines are followed and conduct regular meetings with staff.
• Oversee administrative and logistical matters for smooth centre operation.
• Monitor cleanliness and facilities and address maintenance promptly.
• Team Management: lead, supervise and motivate staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Centre Management: support student enrolment targets and manage withdrawals.
• Customer Service: oversee customer inquiries and ensure a warm, professional experience.
• Financial/Administrative: submit timely reports and payroll-related tasks.
• Teacher Support: coordinate relief teachers and class rescheduling; orient teachers and monitor SOP adherence.
