Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, driving growth and delivering excellent service across our centres.

You will conduct outbound sales calls, achieve lead generation and enrolment targets, support team development, handle incoming inquiries, and oversee routine administration to ensure smooth daily operation, including weekend retail hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service with ≥1 year in a managerial role.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends.
• Strong leadership and adaptability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily.
• Achieve assigned lead generation, sales/enrolments and conversion targets.
• Mentor team to achieve targets.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
• Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
• Retain customers through problem solving and uphold service standards.
• Plan, manage and execute teacher growth plans to meet monthly targets.
• Perform general administration.
