Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Centre Manager at our Farrer Park location to oversee daily operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and supervise staff to create a positive environment for students and parents.

You will ensure adherence to procedures and standards, monitor attendance and activities, handle enquiries, and support staff development while maintaining a safe, organized center.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in centre management, student care, education or a related field.
• Experienced to manage daily operations independently and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Familiarity with English Language, Mathematics and/or Science subjects based on the MOE syllabus will be an advantage.

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of the centre
• Manage and coordinate centre staff and daily work arrangements
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, parents and external stakeholders
• Ensure smooth implementation of centre procedures and operational standards
• Monitor student attendance, centre activities and administrative matters
• Handle parent enquiries and feedback professionally
• Support staff development, performance and team coordination
• Ensure the centre maintains a safe, organised and conducive environment
• Assist with operational planning and other duties assigned by management
