Job summary

VIPTEACHER PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive overall performance of the learning centre.

The role covers enrolment, sales conversion, customer retention, team performance and centre growth. You will lead a front-line team, manage schedules, organise promotions, and monitor centre KPIs. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in centre management or a related field, with a passion for education and customer service, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Experience in centre management, education or customer-facing leadership roles.
• Proven ability to achieve enrolment, retention and revenue KPIs.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Excellent customer service and relationship building with parents and students.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management with teams and external partners.
• Comfortable with target-driven environment and sales-oriented tasks.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Centre Growth & Enrolment: meet monthly lead, enrolment, and revenue targets.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: convert enquiries to paid enrolments and conduct consultations.
• Customer Retention & Experience: build strong relationships and drive renewals and referrals.
• Team Management & Development: coach staff and set performance expectations.
• Centre Operations: manage schedules, staffing and service standards.
• Performance & Reporting: track KPIs and implement improvement plans.
