Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, driving sales, lead generation and enrolments while upholding exceptional service.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure targets are met, and mentor staff to achieve growth for the centre. Retail hours and weekend work required; strong English communication and leadership skills essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service with 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Must be available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English (bilingual ability is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and enrolment targets; drive centre growth.
• Mentor team members to meet targets and maintain high service standards.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Lead sales activities and events to generate leads and conversions.
• Retain customers through effective problem solving and service quality.
• Ensure growth by minimizing student turnover and maximizing conversions.
• Plan teacher growth to meet monthly targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
