Job summary

TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Inside Sales Executive (CCTV) to promote and sell CCTV products and solutions via direct contact and inbound inquiries. You will proactively reach out to customers, manage inquiries, and drive conversions while delivering expert product guidance and strong post-sales support.

You will build relationships, collaborate with technical and marketing teams, and maintain CRM records to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in CCTV or security systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to understand CCTV technical specifications and convey them clearly.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Mandarin communication required to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to understand CCTV needs.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
• Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with consistent follow-up and service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to showcase CCTV products.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sale support.
• Work with marketing to drive lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback in the CRM.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
