Job summary

Teligraph Technology Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive growth in Singapore. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals that contribute to the company’s success.

The role offers exposure to diverse technology solutions and a clear path for sales career development. You will work from our Bukit Merah Central Region office, engaging with corporate customers and collaborating with a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious targets

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a tech or B2B environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with ability to convert leads into customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage relationships and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls (existing leads and cold calls).
• Promote telco service plans (new, upgrades and renewals) to corporate customers.
• Present and demonstrate products: Internet, VOIP/UC/Telephony, SAAS, IP-TV, Cyber Security and AI solutions.
• Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory to create opportunities.
• Deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Bukit Merah Central Region. This is a full‑time position that plays a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our customer base. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that contribute to our company’s success. What you'll be doing

• To conduct outbound calls (existing leads and cold calling)
• Promote telco service plans (new, upgrades and renewals) to corporate customers
• Products: Internet, VOIP/UC/Telephony services, SAAS, IP-TV, Cyber Security and AI solutions etc
• Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer success
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience in a technology or B2B sales environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and pipeline
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of technology products and solutions is advantageous
