in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to design and deliver surveillance solutions across SEA, leveraging CCTV expertise and AI analytics to meet diverse customer needs. Based in Lavender, you will lead pre‑sales engagements, create BOMs, demonstrate VMS integrations with Milestone, Genetec and Luxriot, run POCs, and train partners while traveling regionally as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
Experience in Singapore and SEA markets.
Knowledge of CCTV systems: IP cameras, NVRs, storage, networking.
Experience with VMS platforms (Milestone/Genetec/Luxriot).
HTML, JavaScript and CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design customized CCTV solutions for SEA markets.
Propose cameras, NVRs, storage systems and network architecture based on customer needs.
Prepare system architecture diagrams, BOMs and solution proposals.
Conduct live or virtual product demonstrations highlighting features like AI analytics and edge processing.
Deploy and manage POC systems at customer sites to validate performance.
Provide technical pre-sales consultation and post-sales support, including VMS integration and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with sales teams and consultants to position i-PRO solutions in project specs.
Travel across Southeast Asia for partner visits, site surveys, training, and POC deployments.
