Job summary

Synix Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to grow CCTV & Security Solutions business. You will identify new customers, manage key accounts, and deliver tailored security solutions.

Collaboration with technical teams to translate requirements into proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure on-time project delivery while achieving monthly and annual targets. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in CCTV, security systems, or related industries.
• Experience selling project-based security solutions is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities to expand market presence.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Meet customers to assess security requirements and propose solutions.
• Promote CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, access control, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasible project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tailored sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
• Maintain relationships to secure repeat business and hit targets.
• Collaborate with project/installation teams for timely deliveries.
