Job summary

SYNIX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by identifying new customers, managing existing relationships, and promoting CCTV and security solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams to tailor security projects and consistently meet sales targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in CCTV or security systems, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in CCTV/security or related industries.
• Experience selling project-based solutions is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market presence
• Generate qualified sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits
• Meet customers to assess and understand their security and surveillance requirements
• Promote and sell CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control, video intercom, alarm systems, and other security solutions
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with technical teams to clarify project requirements and ensure feasibility
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to customer needs
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify and secure repeat business opportunities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently
• Coordinate with project, technical, and installation teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
• Keep accurate records of customer information, sales activities, quotations, and project progress
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging security technologies to inform sales strategies
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and other business development activities as required
