A leading maritime logistics company in Singapore seeks a Cargo Claims Manager to oversee a team and manage claims processes for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Maritime Law or related fields and at least 5 years of marine insurance claims experience. Strong knowledge of maritime laws and exceptional communication skills are essential. This position is local employment only and offers a salary package commensurate with experience.
Manage cargo claims team in handling claims and litigations lodged against CMA CGM Group by customers, lawyers, recovery agents, insurers for APAC and oversee CMA CGM’s cargo claims management process, being responsible for a certain number of Port of Discharges (POD), reporting to the Head of Claims, Asia Pacific.
Incumbent will oversee a small team of Cargo Claims Handlers.
