Job summary

MINDS seeks a Programme Executive to support Caregiver Support Services (CSS) under Community-Based Support Services. Plan, coordinate and deliver programme events, connecting with Home-based Care, Befriending & respite, and other services to improve community living for PWIDs and families.

You will work with volunteers, vendors and partner organisations to ensure inclusive, client-centric activities, manage communications, and conduct outreach to caregivers and the community.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma with 1- 2 years working experience.
• Social Service sector / programme management experience will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute assigned events and/or activities.
• Develop information and publicity materials for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality control and compliance procedures.
• Maintain records on progress of events and activities.
• Identify improvements in programme and event management.
• Coordinate with internal/external agencies for event delivery.
