Job summary

TOUCH COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED seeks a Programme Coordinator to collaborate with caregivers, volunteers and stakeholders across Singapore. The role focuses on delivering caregiver-centric programmes and services to support families of older persons and those with special needs.

You will develop, publicise and evaluate programmes like talks, workshops, and Carer Lighthouse, while building strong partnerships with community groups and volunteers to extend impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is required.
• WSQ ACLP 2.0 training is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience working with caregivers or in caregiver-related programmes is preferred.
• Strong communication and administration skills are essential.
• Experience in programme management or working with caregivers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, publicise and conduct caregiver support programmes (talks, workshops, Carer Lighthouse, Care Line).
• Facilitate talks, workshops and group programmes in a strength-based, caregiver-centric approach.
• Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support impact evaluation to improve service quality.
• Foster community among caregivers through peer networks and social events.
• Recruit, train, and engage volunteers; liaise with corporate and school volunteers.
