Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support the Appropriate Adults Programme for Persons with MentalDisabilities (AAPMD) Scheme. You will assist the Manager in programme coordination, volunteer management, and community outreach to ensure effective service delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating call centre operations, developing volunteers, and engaging with social service organisations to strengthen the programme and its reach within the community. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree preferably in social work or related fields with 1-2 years working experience.
• Social Service sector / programme management experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Call Centre operations to support the AAPMD programme.
• Monitor service quality and staff performance; implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment and training to support programme delivery.
• Engage with community partners and government agencies to raise awareness.
