Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree preferably in social work or related fields with 1-2 years working experience.
• Social service sector or programme management experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on, proactive and client-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Appropriate Adults Programme for Persons with Mental Disabilities (AAPMD) scheme and support the Manager.
• Coordinate call centre operations, manage volunteers and ensure service quality and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with social service organisations, community partners and government agencies.
• Deliver outreach activities and strengthen the volunteer network to support programme delivery.
