Job summary

TOUCH Community Services is hiring a Programme Executive in Singapore to work with caregivers, volunteers and stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering caregiver-centric programmes and services that bring peace of mind and freedom to live as aspired.

You will develop, implement and evaluate programmes for caregivers and families of older persons and those with special needs or mental health conditions, while fostering community and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Prior training in WSQ ACLP 2.0 will be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years experience in working with Caregivers and families.
• Prior experience in programme management or working with caregivers will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and administration skills.
• Excellent programme planning and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, publicise and conduct caregiver support programmes (e.g., talks & workshops, Carer Lighthouse, Care Line).
• Facilitate talks, workshops and group programmes in a strength-based and caregiver-centric approach.
• Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support impact evaluation to improve service quality.
• Foster a sense of community among caregivers through conducting peer support networks and social events.
• Serve as a first point of contact for caregivers, providing information, referrals, and empathetic listening via Care Line.
• Conduct outreach to raise awareness of available services through community events and partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with caregivers and work with caregivers to achieve their aspirations.
• Recruit, train, and engage volunteers to support programme delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations to track programme effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Support grant applications and documentation for funding compliance.
