Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to collaborate with centres, community partners and volunteers in delivering inclusive programmes for clients with intellectual disabilities in Singapore. The role involves engaging volunteers, coordinating activities and ensuring safe, meaningful community encounters.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, plan curricula, supervise daily activities at the centre, and contribute to disability awareness and inclusion within

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional or social networks with the local community to leverage on resources and volunteers to meet client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training and appreciation of community stakeholders.
• Plan, implement and evaluate outreach programmes with the Training Officers and MDT.
• Run daily operations at the Community Inclusive Space, including safety and facilitation of services for clients and caregivers.
• Facilitate community workshops and collaborations between clients, caregivers and the community.
