The Captain is responsible for ensuring smooth and professional service during daily operations at Brasserie Gavroche. He/She supervises the service team on the floor, maintains high standards of French hospitality, and ensures an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Key responsibilities include coordinating service during shifts, welcoming and advising guests on the menu and wine list, handling guest feedback professionally, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and staff training. The Captain must lead by example, ensure service procedures are respected, and contribute to the warm and elegant atmosphere of the brasserie.
