Job summary

Yellow Ribbon is hiring at Baker & Cook Singapore outlets for a supervisory role in F&B. The candidate will ensure warm guest service, maintain attractive displays, and handle outlet opening/closing per SOP. A strong emphasis on cleanliness and health standards is required.

Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in cafes/restaurants, good teamwork, and a passion for service are essential. 6-day work week and weekend/public holiday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Passionate about service and people.
• GCE N level or equivalent minimum.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in F&B (cafes/restaurants/similar).
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• 6 days work week; able to work weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest experience through warm, genuine service.
• Keep product items well stocked and display cases attractive and clean.
• Open and/or close outlet per SOP.
• Maintain high cleanliness in workstation; comply with health regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed by operations.

Job Descriptions

• Ensure excellent guest experience through providing of warm and genuine service


• Ensure product items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean


• Ensure proper opening and/or closing of the outlet while adhering to Company SOP


• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations


• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
