Job summary

Baker & Cook Singapore is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and safeguarding profitability.

You will help with rostering, supervise and train the team in line with the Baker & Cook DNA, and enforce SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about service and people.
• Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Preferably 2 years supervisory experience in F&B cafes/restaurants.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to oversee operations with focus on sales, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and store profitability.
• Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales.
• Supervise and train the team in accordance to the Baker & Cook DNA.
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store.
• Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.
