Job summary

Baker & Cook Singapore is hiring for a Store Leader to assist the Store Manager in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and controlling costs across multiple outlets. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and coaching staff in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The position requires a Diploma in Hospitality or related field, with either 1 year of managerial experience or 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B.

• Diploma in Hospitality or related fields.
• 1 year managerial or 2 years supervisory experience in F&B – cafes/restaurants/similar capacity.
• Good team player and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales
• Supervise and train the team in accordance to the Baker & Cook DNA
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
