Job summary

Baker & Cook Singapore is hiring for a kitchen role at our outlets in Singapore. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain high quality, and ensure safe equipment use while upholding strict sanitation standards.

We seek a candidate with a Certificate in Culinary Skills and at least 1 year of Western cuisine experience. 6-day work week with weekend/public holiday shifts, split shifts required.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Western cuisine.
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• 6 days work week and able to work on weekends/public holidays.
• Split shift required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes

• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
