Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is hiring a full-time Baker for our client's new store at Tanjong Pagar. They specialise in artisanal desserts, with a focus on pies, and uphold high culinary and hygiene standards.

You will assist in baking duties, keep workstations clean, follow food safety SOPs, support the Head Baker, and collaborate with the team to ensure quality, presentation and proper storage of baked goods. Salary will range from SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,200.

Qualifications

• 2 years baking experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to provide pictures of past bakes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
• Assist Head Baker and other staff during service periods.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of baked goods and other dishes.
• Support inventory control, stock rotation, and proper storage.

We are looking to hire for a full-time Baker to join our client's new store at Tanjong Pagar! They specialise in artisanal dessert and most importantly... pies!

Requirements

• Singaporeans / PRs only.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in baking (not mandatory)
• Able to provide pictures of reference to previous bakes done
• Able to commit to a 44 hours work week
• Ability to work well in a team, and have strong time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to learning and improvement
• Individuals who are committed and looking to grow their career long-term

Compensation

Salary will commensurate with experience, ranging from $2600 to $3200.
